Julia Di Rienzo is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) that specializes in individual, couples and family therapy. She maintains a private practice in Walnut Creek, California, where she provides bilingual services in English and Spanish.

With over sixteen years of experience as a marriage and family therapist, she is a graduate of San Francisco State University and is currently serving as private practitioner who works with a broad spectrum of clients. Her areas of expertise include life transitions, personal growth, and a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues, such as depression, anxiety, and trauma . She provides services that span from individual psychotherapy to couples counseling, children, and parenting support. 

With a training in psychodynamic psychotherapy, in the last eight years, she has developed a focus on a mindfulness-based approach. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
